Terms & Conditions of online Booking/ऑनलाइन बुकिंग की शर्तें एवं नियम

1) Very Important. Please read the Terms & Conditions of using the Online Booking first before Proceeding. 1) बहुत महत्वपूर्ण | कृपया आगे बढ़ने से पहले ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का उपयोग करने के नियम और शर्तें पढ़ें।

2) Please note that the Items shown in the Shopping cart are not for SALE but are for HIRE or Rent only.2) कृपया ध्यान दें कि शॉपिंग कार्ट में दिखाए गए आइटम बिक्री के लिए नहीं हैं, बल्कि केवल किराए पर दिए जाने के लिए हैं।

3) Where ever the price is mentioned as Re. 1/-, You have to understand that it’s only an indicative price and definitely not the actual rental rate. Please WhatsApp 8692961111 during 10 am to 5pm (India Time) to get the latest price. Re.1/- is just and indicative price since we can’t put zero as the amount.3) जहाँ भी कीमत 1/- रुपये बताई गई है, आपको समझना होगा कि यह केवल सांकेतिक कीमत है और निश्चित रूप से वास्तविक किराया दर नहीं है। कृपया नवीनतम कीमत जानने के लिए सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे (भारतीय समय) के बीच 8692961111 पर व्हाट्सएप करें। 1/- रुपये केवल सांकेतिक कीमत है क्योंकि हम राशि के रूप में शून्य नहीं लिख सकते।

4) The rental items in the shopping cart are currently available for Rent in Mumbai City only.4) शॉपिंग कार्ट में किराये की वस्तुएं वर्तमान में केवल मुंबई शहर में किराये के लिए उपलब्ध हैं।

5) Order Placement: Once you place the online Order our Mumbai Office will get in touch with you to understand your requirement within 24 working hours of receiving your Online order.5) ऑर्डर प्लेसमेंट: एक बार जब आप ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर देते हैं तो हमारा मुंबई कार्यालय आपके ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर प्राप्त करने के 24 कार्य घंटों के भीतर आपकी आवश्यकता को समझने के लिए आपसे संपर्क करेगा।

6) Payment Terms: You have to pay minimum 50% Advance payment of the Quotation that is sent to you on your registered email.6) भुगतान शर्तें: आपको अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पर भेजे गए कोटेशन का न्यूनतम 50% अग्रिम भुगतान करना होगा।

7) We can confirm your Rental Order only if we receive your Advance Payment 3 Days before the Delivery Date.7) हम आपके रेंटल ऑर्डर की पुष्टि तभी कर सकते हैं जब हमें डिलीवरी तिथि से 3 दिन पहले आपका अग्रिम भुगतान प्राप्त हो |

8) Balance 50% Payment has to be done 1 day before the delivery or event date.8) शेष 50% भुगतान डिलीवरी या इवेंट की तारीख से 1 दिन पहले करना होगा।

9) The Rental period is 6 Hours for Service / Product delivery time that is mentioned in the Quotation / Invoice.9) किराये की अवधि सेवा / उत्पाद वितरण समय के लिए 6 घंटे है जिसका उल्लेख कोटेशन / चालान में किया गया है।

10) Double Rental payment will be required beyond 6 Hours of the Delivery time. This Service will be extended only after on receiving full payment online.10) डिलीवरी समय के 6 घंटे से ज़्यादा समय बीत जाने पर दोगुना किराया देना होगा। यह सेवा ऑनलाइन पूरा भुगतान मिलने के बाद ही दी जाएगी |

11) 18% GST is mandatory for all invoices.11) सभी चालानों के लिए 18% जीएसटी अनिवार्य है।

12) A deposit amount will be required on a case-to-case basis. Deposit paid will not be refunded if the Product or Service is damaged during use.12) मामले दर मामले आधार पर जमा राशि की आवश्यकता होगी। यदि उत्पाद या सेवा उपयोग के दौरान क्षतिग्रस्त हो जाती है तो जमा की गई राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।

13) I agree to all the above Rental terms and conditions listed above and will proceed to the shopping cart using the Password emailed to my registered email ID form roxyacts@gmail.com.
13) मैं ऊपर सूचीबद्ध सभी किराये के नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत हूं और मेरे पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी roxyacts@gmail.com पर ईमेल किए गए पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके शॉपिंग कार्ट पर आगे बढ़ूंगा।

14) The Terms and Conditions mentioned above and all subsequent changes that are made  is applicable to the Buyer. Delay or defect in service will be limited to refunding the amount charged to the Buyer. 14) ऊपर बताए गए नियम और शर्तें और उसके बाद किए गए सभी बदलाव खरीदार पर लागू होंगे। सेवा में देरी या खराबी खरीदार को चार्ज की गई राशि वापस करने तक सीमित होगी।
